Courthouse Property Information

Local Clerks of Court are gradually making property records available online.  For East Baton Rouge Parish, this service made its debut on July 14, 2008.  For folks wishing to avail themselves of this EXTREMELY valuable information, three choices are available:

1.  Visit the Clerk of Court's Office in person and seek assistance.

2.   Becoming a paying subscriber to the Clerk's Online Services.

      EBRP Clerk of Court Online Signup (Cost = $100 set-up fee, $50/month subscription):  Call  225-389-5295.

3.  Utilize a buying agent brokerage firm, such as BWW Realty, who is a paying subscriber to both of the above
     Clerk offices to conduct your property research for you.

BWW Realty, through its own resources or affiliate sources, also has access to other Clerk offices' online services  such as Tangipahoa, Orleans, and Jefferson.  If your buying agent isn't providing this valuable service, ask them why they aren't, and then give us a call to help you make the wisest real estate purchase possible.
